HRIS functional management
2017 – 2024
At NEEVA, I led HRIS enhancement and structuring projects in multi-client contexts, ran acceptance testing, contributed to data migrations and managed a functional team of 7 people.
User support

How I work
My approachUnderstand before building, share knowledge after delivering
A tool only creates value if it meets a real need and is understood by the people who use it. That is why I always start by listening and rephrasing before structuring a functional response.
I treat acceptance testing and data quality as decisive steps, not formalities. And I rarely close a topic without producing a guide, a quick-reference sheet or a training session that helps users become autonomous.
