My view of management
My approachHands-on management, rooted in the job itself
I see management as a role of organisation and support: clarifying priorities, making everyone's work visible and understandable, and creating the conditions for the team to grow.
Having carried out the same activities as the team myself (specification, configuration, testing, training), I can support colleagues on the substance of their work, not just its organisation.
How I practise it
My approachFour pillars
Organisation and prioritisation
Distributing work according to skills and deadlines, in a multi-client context where topics overlap.
Coaching and skills development
Sharing practices, helping everyone become more autonomous, building on the team's strengths.
Cross-functional coordination
Connecting the team with IT, technical teams and software vendors.
Quality and activity monitoring
Monitoring the quality of deliverables and making shared practices more reliable.
Professional context
Documented experienceA functional team in a multi-client environment
At NEEVA, the work covered HRIS enhancement and structuring projects in multi-client, multi-environment contexts, for local authorities, public institutions and large multi-site groups.
This kind of context requires balancing several schedules, several stakeholders and high quality standards, particularly during acceptance testing and go-lives.
